Purpose / 用途

Chunistry uses its own analytics to understand site visits and how people explore the portfolio. This statement explains those practices with reference to Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Chunistry 使用自設的瀏覽分析，了解網站到訪情況及訪客如何瀏覽作品集。本聲明參照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），說明有關做法。

Data collected / 收集的資料

Analytics records random visitor, session, and event IDs; page paths and visit times; time spent with a page visible; external referrer domains; campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign); device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop); and approximate city and country supplied by Cloudflare. It records actions such as opening or reading work, switching browsing modes, CV and portfolio PDF clicks, contact interactions, successful contact submissions, and external link clicks. Analytics does not record contact form contents or full referrer URLs.

瀏覽分析記錄隨機產生的訪客、瀏覽時段及事件識別碼、網頁路徑、到訪時間、網頁在前景顯示的時間、外部來源網站的網域、宣傳標籤（utm_source、utm_medium、utm_campaign）、裝置類別（手機、平板電腦或桌面電腦），以及 Cloudflare 提供的大約城市及國家位置。亦會記錄開啟或閱讀作品、切換瀏覽模式、點擊履歷及作品集 PDF、聯絡操作、成功提交聯絡表格及點擊外部連結等活動。瀏覽分析不會記錄聯絡表格內容或完整的來源網址。

The server stores only a keyed hash of your IP address in Cloudflare D1, never the raw IP address, to associate visits with a visitor ID, including return visits after browser storage is cleared. Reports show numbered visitor labels, visit history, and approximate locations, rather than raw IP addresses.

伺服器只會在 Cloudflare D1 儲存以秘密金鑰產生的 IP 地址雜湊值，絕不儲存原始 IP 地址，用以連結各次到訪，包括清除瀏覽器儲存資料後的再次到訪。報表顯示訪客編號、到訪紀錄及大約位置，不會顯示原始 IP 地址。

Storage and retention / 儲存方式及期限

Analytics uses localStorage, not cookies, for a visitor ID that expires 90 days after creation. It uses sessionStorage for session and source details; a new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity or when new campaign tags arrive. Analytics records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Analytics records and IP associations are deleted automatically after 3 months (90 days), with cleanup triggered by new analytics activity at most once per hour.

瀏覽分析使用 localStorage 而非 Cookie 儲存訪客識別碼，識別碼在建立後90日到期；sessionStorage 則儲存瀏覽時段及來源資料。閒置30分鐘後或收到新的宣傳標籤時，會開始新的瀏覽時段。分析紀錄儲存於 Cloudflare D1。分析紀錄及 IP 關聯會在3個月（90日）後自動刪除，清理由新的分析活動觸發，每小時最多執行一次。

Use and sharing / 使用及披露

Chunistry does not sell analytics data or share it for advertising. Cloudflare provides the hosting and database services that process it. If site-owner visit notifications are configured, an encrypted summary containing the visitor label, page, approximate location, and return-visit status is sent through the subscribed browser’s push service to the site owner.

Chunistry 不會出售瀏覽分析資料，亦不會為廣告用途分享資料。Cloudflare 提供處理資料所需的網站寄存及資料庫服務。如已設定站主到訪通知，包含訪客編號、網頁、大約位置及是否再次到訪的摘要，會經訂閱瀏覽器的推播服務加密傳送給站主。

Your choices / 你的選擇

Enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser to stop this analytics collection. You can clear this site’s localStorage and sessionStorage through browser settings to remove browser identifiers, but this does not delete server records or prevent IP-based recognition or future collection. Blocking storage alone does not stop analytics; browser settings or extensions that block the analytics script or requests can prevent collection.

你可在支援的瀏覽器啟用 Do Not Track 或 Global Privacy Control，以停止這項瀏覽分析收集。你亦可透過瀏覽器設定清除此網站的 localStorage 及 sessionStorage，移除瀏覽器識別資料，但這不會刪除伺服器紀錄，也不會阻止透過 IP 辨認訪客或日後收集資料。單靠封鎖儲存功能並不能停止瀏覽分析；可使用瀏覽器設定或擴充功能封鎖分析程式或其請求，以阻止收集。
